Don Mann is a retired United States Navy SEAL veteran who served on SEAL Teams One, Two, and Six. Over the course of his military career, Don was deployed to high-risk environments where resilience, adaptability, and teamwork were not optional—they were essential for survival.

Following his time with the Navy SEALs, Don continued serving his country by working with the CIA for more than two decades. In addition to his intelligence work, he has authored over 20 books and appeared in numerous television programs, sharing his expertise on leadership, endurance, and mental toughness.

Don is also an accomplished endurance athlete, having completed extraordinary feats such as running two Ironman triathlons consecutively—an achievement few humans have ever attempted.

His most recent book, The Navy SEAL Playbook, distills the lessons learned in elite training environments into actionable principles for everyday life. These lessons—commitment, accountability, resilience, and growth through discomfort—form the core of his conversation on Choosing Help.
